To DIA
Reservations are required 24 hours in advance of your flight. Departures
for DIA are from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Airlines advise arrival at the terminal a minimum 1 hour ahead of flight
time. Our pickups are set accordingly with room to add time if you choose.
We happily accommodate 2 bags per person. Extra luggage, bicycles and
pets cost more. Pets have to travel in containers. Children do not. Car
seats are a parental responsibility.
From DIA
Arriving air travelers holding reservations to ride with us out of DIA
must check in at the Golden West Commuter airport
counter, located on baggage Level 5 in the Main Terminal lobby,
near the fountain. Coaches depart DIA promptly from 5:30
AM to 12:30 AM. We leave frequently and often full. Don’t
get left behind by trying to find the loading area alone. Our friendly
sales agents accommodate reservation customers first, then standby traffic.
They will direct you to the correct loading area for your destination.
