What locations does Golden West Commuter serve?
To and from DIA, scheduled service for Downtown Denver, Denver Tech Center,
Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Golden, Lakewood, Wheat Ridge, Ken Caryl,
Englewood, Douglas County. CHARTER service is available throughout Colorado.
How do I purchase a ride?
Advance reservations are recommended, as seating is limited. Our best
rates are online. Navigate to RATES/RESERVATIONS to get a quote and purchase discounted rides. Full fare reservations
can be paid by credit card through our Call Center at 303.342.9300 or
800.894.8033. Cash or check transactions are honored at our airport counter
or Golden office, 20031 Golden Gate Canyon Rd. in advance of travel to
secure a seat. Online reservations can be printed as a receipt or we can
email your receipt from our Call Center. Receipts are issued immediately
for transactions made in person at the airport counter or the Golden office.
Do I need a reservation?
No. However, we are a scheduled service and must remain on schedule. Unlike
taxis or limos, our schedule does not permit us to hold a coach waiting
for a late plane, lost luggage or lost rider. Your paid in advance reservation
confirms that you are riding with us at a specific time. Like an
airline, we will guarantee seating for you at that time. If your flight
is delayed or cancelled, your paid commuter reservation stays in the system.
Just call us to reschedule before it expires. Standby seating is
sold on a space available basis provided it is paid ahead of boarding.
Again, as seating is limited, advance reservations are encouraged.
How much does it cost?
Click on RATES/RESERVATIONS and input your travel data. You will be quoted rates and pickup/drop-off
times. Click CONTINUE to complete the reservation with name, address and
payment information or use your browser BACK button to navigate elsewhere
on our website. Note that kennels, bicycles and extra luggage are $10
extra. Child seats carry only the charge for the seat they are strapped
to.
What are your hours?
We accept telephone reservations from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday through
Friday for service 24 hours later or beyond. The first coach departs West
Metro Denver for DIA at 4:00 AM, then hourly until 11:00 PM. Coaches leave
DIA at the bottom of every hour from 5:30 AM until 12:30 AM the next morning. |
